Jennifer Faust provides clients with strategic counsel on private equity and venture capital. She has domestic and international private equity, venture capital funds, and fund-of-funds as clients and advises them on structuring, marketing, investing, fundraising, and investor relations strategies. She also maintains strong relationships with the development finance institutions (DFIs), U.S. Government agencies (e.g., the DFC, State Department, DoD), and international and US public/private institutional investors including public and corporate pensions, foundations, endowments, high net worth/family offices, Taft Hartley. She holds a Series 22 Registered Representative license.

Jennifer assists with investor relations and business development activities for clients, including consultant applications, RFP submissions, marketing materials, and on-site investor due diligence.  Jennifer served as Head of Business Development for OzoneX, a venture capital firm focused on investing in underrepresented and female founders. She also served as an investor advisor for several Central and Latin American-focused private equity and hedge funds.
